Job summary

Biagi-Bros in Montclair, CA is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage inventory data entry, maintain product data and bills of materials, and ensure timely receipt of goods in the system.

You will track movements, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to keep inventory flowing smoothly. This on-site role requires attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems with barcoding applications preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective professional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Active driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory data in the system and manage bills of materials.
• Ensure timely receipt of all incoming and outgoing product in the system.
• Conduct monthly and cycle counts to reconcile inventory.
• Maintain and organize warehouse paperwork and records.
• Bill warehouse and transportation activities and manage related records.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow.
