Job summary

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Cranbury, NJ to support physical inventories, cycle counts, data reconciliation, and communication with Customer Service. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct daily counts, monitor stock availability, prepare hold/damage reports, and coordinate with teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data related to inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Conduct physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
• Investigate customer claims involving overages and shortages.
• Review stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Prioritize projects based on required completion dates.
• Update inventory status reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate and control hold product notifications and recalls with CS.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly/monthly hold and damage reports.
• Print and manage inventory labels.
• Work closely with Customer Service to resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor emails and communicate professionally with customers.

Shift:12:00PM to 8:00PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data related to physical inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and shipping errors
• Conduct physical inventories and daily cycle counts
• Investigate customer claims involving overages and shortages
• Review stock availability and inventory accuracy
• Prioritize projects based on required completion dates
• Update inventory status reports and maintain accurate records
• Manage schedules and daily priorities
• Monitor emails and communicate professionally with customers
• Print and manage inventory labels
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to resolve inventory-related issues
• Prepare and reconcile weekly/monthly hold and damage reports
• Coordinate and control hold product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls with the Customer Service Manager
