Job summary

Biagi Bros., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Montclair site to oversee forklift operations, safety, and inventory.

You will lead the warehouse crew, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping per procedures. This role requires 1–3 years of supervisory warehouse experience, fluent English, and proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Basic computer skills including email and simple data entry.
• Must be able to repetitively lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend daily plan and communicate priorities to the warehouse crew.
• Ask questions and suggest solutions to problems.
• Lead by example and act as a positive role model.
• Train, develop, coach, and discipline employees under supervision.
• Report inventory anomalies, security breaches, and safety issues.
• Oversee forklift operations and ensure safe handling and staging of goods.
• Contribute to housekeeping and adherence to procedures.
• Support communication with management and accounts.
