Job summary

Biagi Bros., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory data entry and ensure accurate bills of materials. You will oversee timely receipts, transfers, and warehouse documentation to support efficient operations.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, and attention to detail. Daily duties include data integrity, reporting, and collaboration with Transportation, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems with barcoding applications preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory data entry and bills of materials to ensure accurate records.
• Ensure timely receipt and movement of all products in the system.
• Oversee internal transfers, rework, and warehouse paperwork for accuracy.
