You will ensure data from production is aligned with the QAD ERP, transact movements, and partner with internal teams and external suppliers to keep records accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; 2+ years of CPG supply chain inventory management background or 4+ years of inventory management experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production data and ensure material data aligns with MAB ERP system.
• Investigate discrepancies with internal/external partners to resolve issues.
• Enter production/consumption data into ERP at item level (WIP and finished goods).
• Transact inventory movements in ERP.
• Support timely processing of supplier invoice matching.
• Support monthly/yearly MAB accounting close processes.
