Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Finance professional to support plant budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Compliance, and Inventory to standardize monthly reports and drive actionable insights from material loss data.

Responsibilities include preparing federal reporting, analyzing CapEx/MRO spend, and delivering Budget and LE forecasts. A strong foundation in finance with ERP and Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, 2-5 years of proven experience in Finance and/or Accounting (CPG experience preferred).
• Proficiency using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail & ability to handle large amounts of data and detail.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of Mark Anthony’s federal manufacturing regulatory reports and partner with Inventory to improve data processing to align with TTB reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations to develop actionable insights from material loss reporting.
• Partner with Procurement/MAB Plant Operations to provide detailed MRO/CapEx spend analysis and insights.
• Assist with developing key MAB Plant deliverables, including Budget, LE forecasts, and monthly actuals results deck.
• Provide ad hoc process standardization and improvement.
