Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in inventory management roles.
• Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills with advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in SAP Materials Management and Order to Cash (preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work in a virtual, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bulk and packaged inventory records; ensure timely SAP/system transactions.
• Serve as primary inventory focal point for plant operations; coordinate with local/remote teams.
• Analyze gains, losses and variances; determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate inventory movements and cycle counts; support regulatory verification.
• Investigate and reconcile variances to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot SAP and plant inventory systems; provide reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and efficiency.
