Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Cycle Counter II to join our inventory control team. You will perform daily cycle counts, enter data in SAP S/4HANA, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and the ERP records.

You will identify and report discrepancies, adhere to SOPs and safety standards, and support improvements in counting processes while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with inventory counting or stock-taking.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and data entry into SAP S/4HANA.
• Verify locations and report discrepancies to the Senior Cycle Counter.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory storage and support process improvements.
