Job summary

BOSCH Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy through counts and audits in the distribution center. You will investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and adjust data in DLX and SAP systems while supporting warehouse operations.

The role requires operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift and Turret Truck, plus proficiency in Excel and familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift and Turret Truck.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
Familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems.
Experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred.
Ability to complete daily tasks accurately with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform planned/unplanned cycle counts and audits in the DC to ensure accuracy.
Count tools and accessories to reconcile physical inventory with perpetual balances.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust perpetual inventory in DLX and SAP.
Address cycle count requests and complete duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Operate man-up, turret-truck, and forklift equipment for counts and audits.
Identify root causes of discrepancies and perform necessary movements and adjustments.
Gather documentation and enter data onto Excel spreadsheets.
