Job summary

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, seeks a Senior Cycle Counter to strengthen inventory accuracy at the plant. You will lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and work with SAP S/4HANA to align physical and system records.

You will perform daily counts, audits, and root-cause analyses, mentor junior team members, and partner with Materials Management, Receiving, Production, and Shipping to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise or high interest in investigating and resolving complex inventory discrepancies.
• Practical knowledge of SAP (MM/IM/WM modules) or a similar ERP system, with a strong understanding of inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis & investigation of discrepancies identified during cycle counts.
• Perform comprehensive root-cause analysis by auditing SAP transaction histories to identify process breakdowns.
• Drive process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations; mentor junior team members on counting best practices.
