Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an inventory, warehouse, or logistics role.
• Hands-on experience with inventory counting or stock-taking.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute Daily Cycle Counts & Data Entry (70%): daily counts of raw materials, WIP, finished goods; enter data into SAP S/4HANA accurately.
• Verify inventory locations match system records and report discrepancies to Senior Cycle Counter.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep storage areas organized.
• Perform First-Level Discrepancy Checks (20%): recounts and basic variance research.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies for second-level investigation.
• Support data gathering for root-cause analysis.
• Follow SOPs and identify opportunities to improve count routes and processes.
