• Hands-on inventory counting experience required.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS; SAP experience highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily tasks.
• Good math and analytical skills.
• Effective communication for reporting issues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle counts of materials and data entry into SAP S/4HANA.
• Verify that locations match system records and report discrepancies.
• Perform first-level discrepancy checks and basic variance research.
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to Senior Cycle Counter.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory storage and safe counting procedures.
• Support root-cause data gathering for process improvement.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety standards.
