Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.

The role involves performing planned and unplanned cycle counts, counting tools and accessories, reconciling discrepancies in DLX and SAP, and entering data in Excel. Proficiency with RF units and WMS/SAP systems is preferred, along with forklift equipment experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck.
Prior experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred.
Ability to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
Familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Perform planned/unplanned cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy in designated areas.
Count tools and accessories within the distribution center to reconcile with perpetual balances.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust perpetual inventory in DLX and SAP systems.
Address cycle count requests and complete duties as assigned by supervisor.
Operate material handling equipment to access inventory and verify counts.
Determine root causes for discrepancies and perform necessary movements and adjustments in system records.
Gather relevant documentation and enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
