Job summary

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis, AR, seeks a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution center. You will perform planned and unplanned cycle counts and audits, reconcile discrepancies, and adjust records in DLX and SAP while operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, forklift, and turret trucks.

This role requires a high school diploma, experience with warehouse equipment, and Excel proficiency. RF/WMS/SAP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck.
Prior experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred.
Ability to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
Familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Perform planned/unplanned cycle counts and audits in designated areas to ensure accuracy.
Count tools and accessories within the Distribution Center to reconcile physical inventory with perpetual balances.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and adjust perpetual inventory in DLX and SAP systems.
Address cycle count requests and complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Operate material handling equipment (Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, Turret Truck) to access inventory.
Determine root causes for inventory discrepancies and perform necessary movements and adjustments in systems.
Gather documentation and enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
