Job summary

Performance Redistribution, a Performance Food Group company, seeks an Inventory Cycle Counter to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory records. You will count materials, reconcile discrepancies, and help maintain shrink below company standards while contributing to QA processes and overall efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse inventory experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to operate a scissor lift with PPE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures; attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Count materials and prepare inventory records.
• Verify stock against office records and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances and cycle counts.
• Operate scissor lift and forklift with safety PPE.
