Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in inventory management or cycle counting in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory levels for materials, components, and finished products.
• Compares counted quantities with inventory records, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborates with warehouse and production teams to reconcile variances and improve stock accuracy.
• Assists with receiving operations and picking of materials as needed.
• Maintains inventory management systems and updates records in real-time.
• Generates reports on inventory status, including discrepancies, adjustments, and trends for management review.
• Participates in annual physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Supports training for warehouse staff on inventory management practices and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with safety and operational protocols in all inventory-related activities.
