Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform timely and accurate inventory counts at our Augusta, GA site. You will assist in achieving cycle count targets, communicate with team leaders, and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 0-2 years in warehousing or cycle counting, with working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. This role is full-time and based on-site in Augusta.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehousing and/or cycle count.
• Software knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist in meeting all goals related to cycle counts and assist in developing corrective actions when goals are not met.
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of inventory levels.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects related to cycle counts based on completed Root Cause Analysis reports.
• Understand and initiate compliance with all established company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
