Job summary

Zobility is seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter in Blacksburg, VA to perform scheduled ABC cycle counts and targeted inventory checks across North's stockrooms. You will verify LN/ERP data, recount as needed, and document discrepancies while coordinating with receiving, kitting, and production teams to drive accurate counts.

The role emphasizes centralizing cycle-counting responsibilities to boost inventory accuracy and support material readiness for production.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting and ERP reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to investigate and document inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Verifying part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and storage locations against LN/ERP records; performing recounts; researching discrepancies by reviewing receipts, transfers, material issues, returns, and other relevant transactions
• Coordinating with kitting, receiving, stockroom, and production personnel documenting count results and investigation findings; submitting adjustment requests through the established approval process
• Identifying recurring inventory issues; supporting corrective actions and follow-up counts; and maintaining accurate, traceable count records.
• Will centralize cycle-counting responsibilities within Inventory Control and help improve inventory accuracy while allowing kitting teams to focus on material readiness and production support.
