Job summary

You will verify part numbers and quantities in the ERP system, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with receiving, stockroom, kitting, and production teams to resolve variances and document adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehousing.
• Experience maintaining accurate ERP records.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled ABC cycle counts and targeted inventory audits across stockroom locations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and storage locations against ERP system records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing receipts, transfers, material issues, returns, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with receiving, stockroom, kitting, and production teams to resolve variances and support corrective actions.
• Document count results, maintain traceable inventory records, and submit adjustment requests through established approval processes.
