Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Certification for powered equipment (e.g., forklift) obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in-stock; create inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records and compute figures.
• Verify calculations against physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory rotations and make recommendations.
• Prepare reports (inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, production breakdowns).
• Maintain shrink at or below company standard.
