Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment (strongly preferred).
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be a self‑starter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory items according to established schedules and leadership direction.
• Utilize handheld scanners or other inventory management tools to accurately record inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Assist in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient counting processes.
• Collaborate with other inventory control and warehouse team members to ensure accurate inventory management practices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Provide support during physical inventory audits and other inventory-related activities as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency in counting processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
