Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter - EBS to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The role focuses on accurate cycle counts, data entry with handheld scanners, and maintaining inventory integrity in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records, collaborate with teammates, and support audits while adhering to safety protocols and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Strong math and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; overtime occasionally required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts according to schedules/direction from leadership.
• Use handheld scanners to record inventory levels accurately.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with inventory control/warehouse teams to ensure accurate practices.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Support during physical inventory audits and related activities.
• Seek opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and counting efficiency.
• Perform other duties as required.
