Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a Warehouse Inventory Associate to perform cycle counts, annual full inventory, and assist with product recalls while upholding accuracy and safety. The role supports loss prevention, investigates discrepancies, and ensures proper FIFO rotation and put-away procedures.

Will call coordination and cross-department collaboration are integral to the position. Required education is a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts, research discrepancies and support the product recall process.
• Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure FIFO rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify put-away and transfer processes while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned
