Job summary

The Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an Inventory Associate for our Illinois warehouse. You will perform daily and weekly cycle counts, annual inventory, and investigate discrepancies to support recalls and uphold product integrity.

Responsibilities include ensuring FIFO rotation, accurate put-away and transfers, and maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards while collaborating with multiple departments. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and an annual full warehouse inventory with accuracy.
• Research discrepancies and support the product recall process.
• Investigate loss and damage, participate in recoup and disposition of damaged items, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
• Ensure FIFO rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will-call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
