Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, perform counts, and optimize the supply chain. The role requires FIFO rotation, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with procurement to meet organizational needs.

You will conduct daily cycle counts, weekly inventories, and prepare reports on shrinkage and stock levels, supporting efficient operations across a 24/7 warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years related experience.
• 0–1 year of leadership experience, or 2–3+ years leadership with high school path.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and establish procedures for incoming/outgoing products.
• Maintain accurate records to facilitate shortage detection and prepare reports on inventory analysis and shrinkage.
• Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Prepare and implement logical organization (slotting) of warehouse products to improve total supply chain process.
• Other duties as assigned
