Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse operations in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on managing inventory levels, daily cycle counts, and FIFO product rotation to ensure optimal stock and efficient logistics.

You will collaborate with procurement to streamline the supply chain and support accurate reporting. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma with extensive industry experience and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory.
• Ensure FIFO rotation for products, establishing procedures for incoming and outgoing items.
• Maintain records to support shortage detection, prepare inventory analysis and shrinkage reports, and contribute to inventory optimization.
• Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock per cycles and organizational needs.
• Prepare and implement logical organization (slotting) of warehouse products and coordinate with procurement to improve the total supply chain.
• Other duties as assigned
