Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter based at the Stockbridge Distribution Center to support daily inventory management and timely order processing.

You will perform cycle counts across Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Retail lines, helping ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflow. In this role you will operate order picker/reach truck equipment, follow safety policies, and work with Wave Planning to maintain process adherence.

Qualifications

• Cycle counting and stock movement responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork to support DC objectives.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate RF devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts across Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail divisions.
• Identify hot stock and locate locations for waving purposes.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety within area; comply with C-TPAT standards.
