Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. in Mocksville, NC seeks a cycle count specialist to support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced shipping environment.

You will perform daily cycle counts, enter counts into BOSS/D365, reconcile variances, and assist receivers and departments as needed. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with AS400 and inventory systems are a must, along with a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalency preferred; College preferred.
• Ability to perform cycle counts daily and reconcile variances.
• Able to operate department equipment safely and be certified on all equipment (sit-down/stand-up lift trucks, reach trucks, stock pickers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google documents.
• Knowledge of AS400, Warehouse BOSS, D365 and Inventory Transactions.
• Product knowledge of where product is used and maintained.
• Ability to adapt to changes and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Print cycle count reports and ensure counts match system records.
• Perform daily cycle counts to meet corporate goals.
• Review and analyze cycle count reports and track misses.
• Enter cycle count schedules into BOSS/D365 to maintain schedules.
• Track and reconcile row cycle counts and report variances with explanations.
• Schedule, reconcile and maintain daily inventory adjustments.
• Reconcile exceptions daily and report discrepancies.
• Update Issue Tracking spreadsheets and department cycle count reports.
• Assist with Receivers and customer shortage variances as needed.
• Fill in for department absenteeism and support other departments.
