Job summary

Hollingshead Mixer Company is seeking a cycle counter to conduct weekly counts in the warehouse, compare counts to system data, and investigate variances. You will perform root cause analysis for discrepancies and carry out approved adjustments, reporting findings to management.

Ideal candidates have prior cycle counting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift operation and good communication skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Prior cycle counting experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk more than 80% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly cycle counts from a provided list in the warehouse or outside.
• Compare cycle counts to system data and investigate variances.
• Perform root cause analysis for count or location variances and determine next steps.
• Fill out paperwork for counting activities and report to the appropriate manager.
• Make inventory adjustments in the system after investigation and approval.
