Position Overview:
Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is one of the leading manufacturers of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island, Georgia, as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Print cycle count report, ensure it matches system generated counts.
- Perform cycle counts daily to meet corporate goals.
- Review corporate cycle count report daily, analyze and track misses from initial weekly report.
- Enter cycle count schedules into BOSS/D365 to maintain row count schedule and ensure all corporate counts get scheduled.
- Track and evaluate row cycle counts and reconcile as needed.
- Reconcile all corporate counts, row counts and problem counts, etc. and report variances with explanations to supervisor/manager and/or controller.
- Schedule, reconcile and maintain daily inventory adjustments as necessary.
- Reconcile exceptions daily – problem counts, reported discrepancies, mixed locations, etc.
- Key updates to Issue Tracking spreadsheet and department cycle count report.
- Assist with Receivers and customer shortage variances as needed.
- Fill in for department absenteeism as necessary.
- Support other departments as necessary.
Qualifications:

- Mechanical: Ability to use all department equipment safely and understand their use and function. Able to be certified on all equipment – Sitdown/StandUp Lift trucks, Reach Trucks, and Stock Pickers.
- Communication: The ability to communicate to all levels of the organization. Must exhibit good written, as well as verbal skills.
- Computer: Should understand general workings of a PC and be able to utilize Microsoft Office and/or Google documents. Should have strong knowledge of the AS400, Warehouse BOSS, D365 and Inventory Transactions and codes.
- Product Knowledge: The candidate should have strong product knowledge as to where product is used.
- Adaptability: The ability to understand, accept and embrace change is necessary for the development of the department.
- Attendance: Excellent attendance is a requirement for this position.
Education and Experience:
High School or GED equivalency diploma preferred. College preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform all jobs in the Shipping Department and not be afraid of heights.
Other Requirements:
This job requires spending time at Outside warehouse to perform cycle counts. Job holder must maintain a valid and updated NC driver’s license.
