Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to count and reconcile inventory, spending about half each day on physical counts and the rest researching root causes with Cycle Count Coordinators to implement permanent corrective actions. The position follows a 4-day work week, Friday–Sunday, 4:00 AM–6:30 PM, on-site.

You will update the ERP with cycle count results, report KPIs, and partner with Inventory Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms.
• Update ERP system with Cycle Count results and updated inventory quantities.
• Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Supervisors and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues.
• Ensure that Root Cause Report is being filled out.
• Identify root causes and develop corrective actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified.
• Manage team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy.
