Mom’s Meals in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator to support our cycle count program. The role is hands-on, with about 75% of the day spent counting inventory and the rest researching root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions.

You will partner cross-functionally to establish ABC cycle counting, document root causes of inaccuracies, and update the ERP with results. The position requires attention to detail and physical work in a production setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience.
• Effective cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Able to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissor lifts.

The Cycle Count Coordinator will help develop and implement our Cycle Count program. This position is a hands-on position and it’s estimated that approximately 75% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions.

Shift Schedule

Friday - Sunday: 4:00am - 5:30pm

Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To

• Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting
• Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
• Document specific root causes when inventory inaccuracies are identified
• Understand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation
• Identify and document root causes to inventory inaccuracies
• Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities
• Work cross-functionally with appropriate functions to develop correct actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change process

Required Skills And Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience
• Effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
• Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports
• Ability to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissor lifts

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a production environment
• Experience in a food production environment

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to perform repetitive movements
• Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
