Job summary

So Good Brand Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to provide comprehensive financial, administrative, and clerical support across AP and AR in a fast-growing plant-based beverage company.

You will own inventory, COGS, and fixed-asset closings, collaborating with vendor and customer teams to ensure accurate reporting. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency with ERP systems (QuickBooks Enterprise) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Organized and operationally minded.
• Follows through and executes consistently.
• Savvy, business-curious problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Fishbowl / QuickBooks inventory sync monitoring and error resolution.
• Monthly reconciliation of GL inventory to Fishbowl sub-ledger.
• Maintain BOM data and standard costs during changes.
• Record cost updates for materials and packaging.
• Costing and variance analysis for materials, labor, overhead.
• Coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Inventory reserve calculations quarterly.
• Co-manufacturing invoice reviews and reconciliations.
• Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Close involvement with inventory, COGS, fixed assets.
