Job summary

Instant Hydration Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to own AP/AR, drive the monthly close, and leverage CPG trade spend expertise in a fast-paced, product-driven finance team.

You will support month-end close, prepare financial statements, manage vendor relations, and strengthen internal controls across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AP/AR workflows and month-end close.
• CPG industry experience with trade spend/deductions management is a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare variance analyses and financial statements.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare Bi-weekly payroll and related journal entries.
• Maintain internal controls across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
