Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our Richmond, VA team. You will store materials, pick, pack, scan orders, and keep the warehouse stocked to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, record keeping, staging parts for projects, and processing returns. You will review MRP, conduct cycle counts, and support service trucks. Strong organization, teamwork, and heavy lifting ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary.
• Follow all company procedures.
• Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive stock transfers between plants and standard customer orders.
• Maintain and file shipping/receiving records.
• Pull and stage parts for projects or service start up orders; notify installation/service teams when ready.
• Process returns of parts from project orders.
• Review branch MRP and approve stock transfer requisitions.
• Conduct monthly warehouse cycle counts.
• Perform physical inventories of service trucks; transfer inventory from truck to warehouse as needed.
• Review open stock transfer reports bi-weekly and expedite when necessary.
• Review items without bin location and correct in SAP.
• Review Return Stock reports and process movements for returns.
• Maintain open order reports and coordinate with Purchasing and Sales teams.
