Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. You will work in the Heavy Maintenance Division, performing installation of sumps, retrofit kits, piping, and related tasks, including concrete work, electrical, and environmental cleanup.

This role requires physical work outdoors and travel to various job sites. The position emphasizes safe work practices, collaboration with crew and subcontractors, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches and install equipment using heavy gear.
• Perform concrete work, framing, pouring, and finishing as needed.
• Travel to job sites, may require overnight stays.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew, vendors, and subcontractors for timely supplies and work.
• Follow all safety practices and keep the work area clean at day end.

SPATCO is looking for an energetic Heavy Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This person will work in SPATCO's Heavy Maintenance Division and specialize in multiple aspects of the petroleum industry including the installation of sumps and retrofit kits, entry fittings, piping, setting dispensers and pumping units, as well as all aspects of these jobs including concrete work, electrical, environmental cleanup, and disposing of the old equipment.

Essential Functions

• Using heavy equipment to dig ditches, manually install equipment.
• Work with concreate, framing, pouring, mixing, finishing.
• Traveling to job sites (may require overnights).
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials and sub-contractor work.
• Ensure all safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed at all times, including job cleanup at the end of each day.

Experience, Competencies and Education

• High school diploma or, GED
• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic
• Detail oriented

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties.
• Work outside during all types of weather.
• Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others.
