Ace Retail Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the Edmond West Store 205 in Oklahoma City. The role supports inventory integrity with 20-30 hours weekly, focusing on accurate receiving, discrepancy resolution, and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages.
• Coordinate with freight captain for proper receiving and replenishment.
• Research outs by scanning locations to identify and correct causes of discrepancies.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by reviewing discrepancies and adjusting counts as needed.
• Oversee price changes, location codes, inventory levels, and adjustments.
• Prepare store for periodic full-store inventories.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center departments on inventory controls.
