Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using Mango reports and daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment.
• Maintain on hand integrity by reviewing inventory discrepancies and adjusting counts after proper research.
• Assist in coordinating periodic full store physical inventories.
