Job summary

Medline is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Rogers, MN to ensure inventory accuracy in a distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and make SAP/Catalyst adjustments while collaborating with the warehouse team to resolve issues and maintain inventory integrity.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of inventory experience in warehousing, SAP experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.
• Intermediate SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (SUM, borders, column width, charts).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts.
• Reconciles discrepancies and makes adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct financial errors under $500.
• Communicate with warehouse team and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
