Job summary

Medline is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Carteret, NJ distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and make adjustments in SAP or Catalyst to correct minor financial errors.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of warehouse inventory experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and operate MHE as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform adjustments in SAP and/or Catalyst for financial errors under $500.
• Communicate with warehouse team and operations management to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
