Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory accuracy and control.
• Experience with physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes.
• Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with field crews and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory transactions and reconcile counts with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials to support projects.
• Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries and storage areas.
• Prepare items for shipping to job sites and coordinate with project managers.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures and support process improvements.
