Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking an Inventory Services Coordinator to manage and plan all inventories in our Kentucky operations. The role collaborates with production, freight management and Customer Service to meet lead times and maintain accurate stock levels.

You will oversee Yard operations, supervise cycle counts, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy and freight efficiency while ensuring safe practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required.
• Related inventory/production experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Control, manage and plan all inventories.
• Maintain communication with production, freight, and Customer Service for lead times.
• Oversee Yard operations.
• Review inventory reports and related products.
• Coordinate BOM inventory with production schedule.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor customer orders and open backorders.
