Job summary

WinChoice in Kentucky is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to keep the warehouse organized, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure materials are ready for installation. No prior warehouse experience is required—training is provided to the right person.

You will unload trucks, track inventory, maintain records in Excel, and communicate clearly with the team. This role requires physical ability, independence, and reliability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as part of daily duties.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel for inventory records.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong communication skills for team updates and emails/texts.
• dependable, organized, and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Comfortable in environments with dust and varying temperatures.
• Physical tasks include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and organize materials.
• Receive, track, and maintain job and material inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Ensure materials for jobs are accounted for and ready for installation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate professionally with team members via email and text.
• Work independently while staying organized and meeting daily duties.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
