Job summary

Vistar is seeking a detail-oriented inventory/warehouse associate in Budd Lake, NJ. You will compile, count, and verify inventory, ensuring accuracy in material and product records while interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.

Under direct supervision, you will count, verify, and report quantities and values, and participate as a team member to best serve the company. Growth opportunities exist within essential support duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 6–12 months warehousing, inventory, accounting admin support or related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate physical inventory count on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Handle salvage product.
• Check for outdated product.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Perform assigned job duties under constant time pressures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
