About the Role:
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, pulling orders, and ensuring that all consumables are ready and available for our daily crews. Your work will directly support the success of our field teams and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order materials and consumables to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability
• Pull and organize materials and products for daily job orders
• Ensure all consumables are stocked and prepared for field crews each day
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse/inventory space
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications:
• Experience in operations, inventory management, or warehouse coordination (landscape or construction industry a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and ordering systems
• Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory items as needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
