Job Summary

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the flow of merchandise in and out of the Retail Inventory Room. This individual will process all incoming deliveries, including receiving, quality checks, ticketing, and coordinating the delivery of products to each outlet. This position supports both the Inventory and Merchandise Manager in all functions.

Essential Functions

1. Reconcile incoming product deliveries from Purchasing log
2. Check in delivered product against corresponding receiver
3. Receive all retail product in Yellow Dog
4. Notify Retail Group of deliveries for the business day
5. Transfers as required
6. Deliver Product to each outlet
7. Assist with retrieval of invoices as needed
8. Notify Buyers of any variances with shipments
9. Ticketing of all Retail product going to sales floor
10. Assist with shipping of merchandise to guests/vendors
11. Perform returns to vendors (RTAs)
12. Maintain organization and cleanliness of Retail Inventory room
13. Assist with inventory functions such as cycle counts, physical inventory, and damages/write outs
14. Support online store operations as well as the Inventory and Merchandise Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Proficiency in computer skills
• Solid knowledge of inventory software applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group including team members, vendors, sales representatives, and guests
• Team player willing to assist in multiple areas as needed
• Availability for occasional weekends and holidays

Physical Qualifications Standard

Lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping are part of the job. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
