Title: Inventory Coordinator

Shift/Hours: M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

We are actively seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales Support to identify orders with inventory issues and decide how to best move forward with them.
- Collaborate with Transportation Coordinator to identify all special orders to ensure all special requirements are met, including allocation and inspection needs.
- Print and ensure proper placement of labels on all special shipments.
- Ensure all inventory is in the right place at the right quantities at the time of allocation.
- Allocate orders and generate moves to facilitate the picking process for order completion.
- Review all inventory exception reports, or direct others in their completion, and perform cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Record all user-identified issues in the error log and work to identify process or system fixes to prevent future issues.
- Initiate and confirm quantities of all necessary transfers to and from offsite facilities.
- Serve as lead on inventory audits and inspections.
- Participate in the development of SOPs, processes, and checklists to address gaps in inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of warehousing experience
- 6 months of inventory or cycle count experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to certify and operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze reports and improve processes
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
