Spitzer Autoworld McMurray is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure the smooth processing of its dealership vehicles online and through other channels. You will help ensure every retail vehicle is represented accurately with comprehensive details and visuals.

You will manage pricing in vAuto, capture high-quality photos, and oversee the flow of vehicles through reconditioning. This role supports a team focused on customer service and performance excellence.

Responsabilités

• Stock in vehicles timely on arrival date.
• Enter vehicle pricing in vAuto.
• Take at least 50 high-quality pictures of each vehicle.
• Post pictures with detailed descriptions.
• Manage vehicle flow during reconditioning and detailing.
• Create hangtags and display on rear-view mirror.
• Prepare Carfax folders with buyers guides per guidelines.
• Handle dealer trades and paperwork intake.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock in vehicles timely on the day of arrival
• Enter vehicle pricing in vAuto
• Take at least 50 high quality pictures of each vehicle
• Post pictures with high quality and relevant detailed descriptions.
• Manage the flow of vehicles during the reconditioning and detailing process.
• Create hangtags for vehicles and ensure they are displayed on the rear view mirror of the vehicle.
• Make a Carfax folder with buyer's guide according to Spitzer's guidelines.
• Manage dealer trades and receiving of all accurate paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
