Job summary

Spitzer Motors of Mansfield, a fourth-generation family business, is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to deliver a high level of customer service and help drivers find their ideal vehicle.

You will join a training-focused team, learn the Spitzer value pricing process, and grow with opportunities for advancement within a large, locally trusted auto group. This on-site role offers a robust benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

• Basic computer literacy for CRM and email usage.

Responsibilities

• Introduces customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and statements.
• Presents vehicles that meet customer needs and preferences.
• Assists with trade-in evaluations and presents financial options.
• Facilitates the sales process and follows up to develop loyalty.
• Maintains professional appearance and supports team goals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Your Future Career Duties

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
• Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
• Other related duties as assigned

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
