Job summary

FRSTeam is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to be the face of field operations, handling field coordination, customer contact, and inventorying damaged property from water, fire, and mold incidents.

We value compassion, patience, and strong organizational skills. Typical hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call weeks for emergencies; overtime and some Saturdays may be available.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact and follow-up
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
• Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents
• Use phone-based stenography service to create item lists
• Discuss item details with customers (ages, place of purchase)
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns
• Manage multiple job files; on-call week every 4–6 weeks (emergency response)
• Additional duties as assigned

General Job Duties

• Customer contact and follow-up
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
• Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents
• Work with a phone-based stenography service to create item lists
• Discuss item details with customers such as ages and place of purchase
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns
• Manage multiple job files and assignmentsOn-call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response)
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily

Required experience: customer service, labor: 1 year

Compensación: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
